3 Step Approach to Project Development
Hello all,
It is important to remember project success doesn’t come overnight. It takes effective planning, setting short-term goals, and creative problem solving as you run into challenges. In 2022, I broke the Livwell Community Center’s development into (3) focus areas:
Evaluate & Analyze Existing Facilities - The exploration tour portion of the project
Prioritize Strategic Partnerships in the Following Areas: Municipal, Medical, Education, Health, Wellness - Livingston County, Office of the Aging, UofR Medicine, State University of New York, Genesee Valley BOCES
A Data Based Approach Put Into Action by a Team of Subject Experts
