Livingston County, NY this is our opportunity to deliver a life changing facility to Livingston County, NY with a multi-generational impact for our residents. Our community is hard working, family-centered, and value-driven. We are quick to lend a helping hand to a neighbor and truly want to see each other do well.

While I admire our sense of humility, we deserve the best for our children, our parents, and ourselves. The Livwell Community Center will be the first project in the history of Livingston County, NY with its combination of community benefits and economic impact. It will expand educational opportunities through our partnerships with the SUNY and Genesee Valley BOCES. It will provide community centered kitchen, meeting space, and programs through a welcoming Senior Center. It will afford our children the opportunity to play, socialize, and participate in sport YEAR ROUND without having to leave the county to do so.

The development of the Livwell Community Center is projected to drive economic development in Livingston County, NY, creating jobs, increasing tourism, and making the area more desirable to live. According to an April 2023 fiscal impact study completed by Camoin, the Livwell Community Center is expected to create between 103 - 143 ongoing jobs, bring between 105,800 - 169,000 non-resident visitors to Livingston County, NY each year, and have an annual fiscal benefit between $755,924 - $974,420 for our county.
